This sayeth the Lord our GOD To His Church!
My children continue to be asleep and dying because of the lack of knowledge. And as you have seen, there are many false teachers and workers of iniquity out in the world bringing destruction through their false teachings and have deceived many of many, They have brought damnation upon My children and their households. And for that reason, you must take heed and not allow yourself to be deceived. You must be diligent and test every spirit and every teaching whether it comes from Me or not. Even the teachings of My pastors you must test, Just like the Bereans did when they heard the word of truth given by one of My only begotten Son’s disciple!
You must earnestly study to show yourself approved unto Me, that you may rightly divide My word of truth and teach and preach Mine holy scriptures, which are able to make everyone wise unto salvation.
I have great plans for you, and time is very short.
You are to continue in love and sacrifice for one another and be not afraid to take action, for I am with you. Be no respecter of men and let not your hearts trouble you as you strive to enter and boldly assist others to enter into My kingdom.
Do not forget, the truth of the gospel is given for instruction, for correction and for reproving, that all whom I have called and accept My call may be perfect and furnished unto all of My good works. Everyone that gives instruction and correction must also be wise to listen, receive it, verify it and when proven correct, apply it into their lives. Obedience has the key to my kingdom, just like only through your obedience do you receive my love!
Receive my messenger and listen to him with an open mind and open heart what I have commanded him to show you!
Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
He that has an ear, let him hear what my Spirit sayeth unto the churches.
God’s intention of this study is to separate what is truth from error.
This is where the commandment of 2 Tim 2:15 and 2 Tim 3:16-17 comes to life.
2 Tim 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Tim 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and it is profitable for doctrine for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughtly furnished unto all good works.
Part 2 of His message is this entire study book. We are often picking up teachings that are not in accordance with the word of God and adapt them into our lives. This part is intended to separate some of that truth from error, mostly pertaining to the gospel of Christ and His salvation plan.
Pages 3 and 4contain an example flyer we give out to believers. This is just meant to show you some of the studies we do and how we address them.
We must all be very careful on the doctrine that we have picked up since we first believed and always verify everything with the Holy scriptures before we adapt any new teachings into our life.
For this to work properly and you to be able to see the truth of your doctrine; you must first remember and record the knowledge that you have attained and followed until this moment. Study 11 is where the initial questions to mark how much biblical knowledge you had before starting this set of studies.
You will later then see and verify through the word of God if there is anything that you need to change or correct, or even teach us!
It basically brings some of the weaknesses and strengths of the doctrine you follow.
My hopes and prayers are that we can meet for this study. If there is anything that I can assist you with or if there are any questions you need to ask, please do not hesitate to contact me. Again, I will try and make myself available at your convenient time. We can meet preferably in person or via Zoom.
May your heart be opened to God’s word of truth and understanding and may you and your loved ones prosper in your faith in Christ through His love, grace, and guidance.
You are invited to Bible study!
You give us the day and time that you are available, and we will make it happen!
We can meet in person or even via Zoom.
Here is a list of a few points we bring out for study. Please feel free to bring your own questions or points.
1. If we are truly saved by believing ALONE then why does the gospel say in Romans 13:11 that our salvation is only NEARER when we believe?
2. Are we saved after reciting the sinner’s prayer, and is this even biblical?
3- Was Apostle Peter saved by the time of the crucifixion?Because we know that he believed, was a disciple for 2+yrs, performed miracles, and many healings!
BUT, according to the Gospel, if he would have died during the crucifixion, he would have gone to hell. Because in Luke 22 the gospel tells us that he was not converted and denied Jesus 3 times!
When Jesus Himself says in Matthew 18:3 that if we are not converted, we will not enter into the kingdom of heaven. And in Matt 10:33 Jesus also states, “But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven”.
4. Is water baptism necessary for salvation or is it truly only an outward expression of our faith?
5- Why does most churches teach that baptism does NOT save, when EVERY bible says, baptism “ALSO” saves us in 1 Peter 3:21. And Mark 16:16 backs it up by saying that if we believe and are “baptized”, we will be saved?
7. Why was Jesus baptized and the thief on the cross was not baptized?
8- Do we need remission of sins in order to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, and if we do, how do we attain it?
9- Why do most bibles change the word remission to forgiveness? When in forgiveness God will remember those sins, and with remission He completely deletes them?
10. Why does Acts 2:38 say that baptism is done to receive remission for our sins?
11. When and how do we receive the Holy Ghost?
12. If receiving the Holy Ghost is automatic, then why does the bible say we have to be baptized for the indwelling of the Holy Ghost Acts 2:38, Acts 11:15-16, Matt 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16, John 1:33, Acts 1:5. & then why did Paul re-baptized 11 disciples in Acts 19:2-6 just for that reason?
13. So, if we do not need any type of good works to maintain our salvation, then why does Titus 1:16say that if we do not do good works, we deny professing God, are abominable in the eyes of God, are disobedient to God and reprobates or not pure unto every good work?
14. Did you know that the bible talks about the laws of God, good works of God & the works and laws of the pharisees?
15. If the teachings are correct about the Old Testament Sabbath law being for Israel, or for the Jews only; then why did Paul the Apostle being a Roman citizen born in TURKEY follow the Sabbath commandment?
I am an ordained preacher and witness of Jesus Christ on the cross, sent to help you fulfill God’s promise of Gal 3:22, Eph 1:13-14 and 1 John 2:25 unto you!
I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which is preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Are you leaving your eternal salvation in the hands of your Pastor without even questioning and verifying his doctrine?
Are you 100% sure you are saved and are following the Apostles doctrine on which Jesus gave for us to follow? Because if you are not, I tell you that it is better to lose an hour or a week of your life, than to spend an eternity in hell, only because you failed to verify with me, whether the doctrine you have learned is from God or not!
God is calling you to learn the truth!
We will answer whatever questions you have, and we will do so with scriptures. We will not try to confuse you with long arguments or statements that contradict the gospel!
Do NOT allow anyone to preach to you a common salvation plan that is NOT from God. Because even the scriptures warns us about those that have received and preach a common plan of salvation in Jude 1:3.
A YouTube video.
A common plan of salvation and are you truly saved?
We are NOT about religion or a watered-down gospel or, nor status, nor appearances. We are about compassion, love, tranquility, and forgiveness. We are all about teaching TRUTH and guiding those who are in need and have a want for Godly truth.
How would you answer this initial 5 questions?
1. What does believing do for a person? For example, nothing, or increases our faith, or saves us, etc.

THE DISCONNECT – PART 1
What do we know and how do we feel?
…………………………………….
Study 12- part 1. What do we know and how do we feel?

o
o
Now go ahead and compare the things that you marked or thought about and added with the next set of questions. At the end, the questions will become a list of what we feel and believe Christ and the Father might be or might not be! This is a study, and we will all have some things right and some things wrong.
Everyone has some type of disconnect. Let me say it again, EVERYONE has some type of disconnect. Even the apostles had some disconnects and Peter could be used as a great example. Lack of faith, disobedient, and even denying Christ at a given moment.
All this study is for the purpose of seeing what type of disconnect we have and how deep it goes. But we all have to stay truthful to our present belief in order for the entire set of studies to work. Even if it means to be put on the spot. Are we willing to be put on the spot for our salvation’s sake?
Read very carefully and answer all the questions honestly whether it is Yes, or No:
1. Old testament people had to follow the laws precisely" or "perfectly” because of all of God the Fathers laws and commandments that they had to follow to receive salvation and not get killed, like the man who was gathering sticks upon the Sabbath day, and he got stoned for it. Numbers 15:32-36!
2. Because of Christ death on the cross, a person does not have to be legalistic anymore. (Legalistic means to be overly strict or literal in following God’s laws or a set of commandments, especially to the letter of His laws rather than its spirit. Legalism can also refer to a strict adherence and or slavishly following God’s commandments in the belief that one thereby earns merit.)
3. Works and obedience come out or follow as a result of salvation and not the other way around. Our salvation is not dependent on our works.
4. Following (Old testament) God the Father’s laws and commandments in today’s day, will make a person legalistic just like the pharisees and it is not needed for our salvation.
5. God the Father is our creator.
6. Christ is our creator.
7. God the Father is our saviour.
8. Christ is our saviour.
9. Christ is a friend of sinners.
10. God the Father is a friend of sinners.

THE DISCONNECT – PART 2
Between God the Father and God the Son.
…………………………………….
Study 13- part 2. What do we know and how do we feel?
The disconnect between the Son and the Father in modern Christianity branches from several cultural, theological, and interpretive factors. But the biggest misunderstanding of the connection between God's laws and their fulfillment in Christ is what has created that disconnect and changed the way how most believers view obedience!
Here are a few key points of error:
1. Most Christian teachings focus on a Personal Salvation!
· Modern Christianity, especially in evangelical contexts, often emphasize a “personal relationship” with Christ as the primary means of salvation. While this is biblically valid, it minimizes the broader relationship and role with God the Father and the Trinity as a whole.
· Christ is frequently presented as the approachable, crucial figure, and this has the dangerous potential of intentionally or “unintentionally” creating the perception that God the Father is distant, less accessible and sometimes may even give the impression that God the Father is not accessible at all.
· The reality is that Christ alone does NOT save. Our Heavenly Father saves through Christ and God the Father is the one that gets all the Glory. If you take our Heavenly Father out of the picture, then we would not have a “mediator”, nor a “Saviour”. Christ tells us with His own words, that without the Father, He on His own self can do nothing.
John 5:30 (KJV) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
2. Cultural Shifts in Fatherhood
· In many modern cultures, father figures are sometimes viewed as authoritarian, distant, or absent. This cultural view can potentially shape how people perceive God the Father, making Him seem less approachable or loving than Christ, who is often seen as compassionate, always forgiving and sometimes even inclusive (acceptance for all).
4. Exalting Christ above God the Father.
1. The idea behind the questions and exercise on part one of this study is to present what our brains may be receiving that we are not noticing. Kind of receiving subliminal messages from teachings, movies, pictures, etc. Some teachings are so subtle that we do not realize the damage that it can do in our spiritual walk.
Satan has had about six thousand years of planning, planting and making his lies a truth to most believers and because of this we need to test every spirit of knowledge that we have and make sure it is the truth in God and not what our flesh wants to hear. 1 John 4:1 (KJV)Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Just like the Catholic church has indoctrinated their members with the countless repetitions of the rosary prayer and marking themselves with an upside down cross while doing the cross with their hands from the forehead to the chest and stomach.
In our “Christian lifestyle” the indoctrination is more subtle. It’s more subtle because we believe that since we are not like the rest of the people that have been indoctrinated, then we are all good and have attained the truth.
For the majority of believers that are worshipping Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour, the indoctrination not only comes through the teachings of false pastors, but it also comes through the music we may listen to. Some Christians would agree that we should be very careful with the secular music we listen to. Some have even gone far enough to take out all their secular music and listen only to worship music.
Just think about this for a moment. What was Satan’s job before his downfall?
Before his downfall, Satan, also known as Lucifer, was considered a high-ranking angel in heaven, with a position of great authority and access to God's presence, even leading heavenly worship and praise due to his beauty and wisdom; Ezekiel 28:13. Music is one of our biggest influential industries affecting people of all ages, especially the children!
In this study, I'm not going to dive into the debate over what types of music are acceptable to listen to or not. Instead, I want to focus on worship music and its role in the growing disconnect many believers have allowed between God the Father and Christ the Son.
Over the years, many believers have been influenced by misguided teachings that stress a relationship with Christ solely as the "friend of sinners"—a Savior who is endlessly forgiving, regardless of one's actions. This view often suggests that Christ has no real requirements or expectations for His followers, particularly in terms of works that might be needed to receive or maintain salvation.
One false idea that has been embedded in the mind of believers is that Christ is a friend of sinners. This teaching is from Satan and has the same type of damage as believing that because Christ died on the cross, our past, present and future sins have been forgiven (Romans 3:25.)
Read the scripture for yourselves and show me where and who says Christ is the friend of sinners.
Matthew 11:19 (KJV) The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.
Luke 7:34 (KJV) The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!
Did you read and do a little more research/reading on your own?
Who said that Christ was a friend of sinners? __________
Did you by any chance also check Romans 3:25?
Romans 3:25 (KJV)Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Continuing on, a particular concern I want to address here is the subtle yet significant impact of worship music. Many worship songs, even though they are meant to honor Christ, can sometimes exalt Him in such a way that God the Father is left feeling irrelevant or diminished in comparison. This can lead to a crooked view of the Godhead where God the Father is not fully appreciated, or even overlooked, in the context of worship and glory. Such an approach ultimately impacts on the overall understanding of the Trinity and the relationship between Father and Son.
As an example, Let’s test the song “one true God” by Steven Curtis Chapman.
The lyrics are as follow:
One voice in the dark,
A song that lights up the stars
One breath that gives life
One sovereign in power - HERESY – this would make YHWH less powerful that Christ!
Who speaks with Thunder and fire
One Lord one king
There is no other than can compare to you – Not if compared to YHWH
You are the one alone in greatness - Diminishes YHWH
The one who never changes
Jesus you are!
The one who rose in power - Mislead YHHW raised Christ from death
The one who reigns forever – YHWH is the one that reigns, Christ is
sitting on His right-hand side.
Jesus the one true God! - HERESY – this would make YHWH a false
God!
One man on a cross
And one light of the world
One name one word
One way to be saved
And one lamb that was slain
One love above all
There is no other that can compare to you! Again, Not if compared to YHWH - Only true if compared to other humans.
And we have seen His Glory of
The one and only Son of God
The one and only Son of God
The one and only Son of God
The one and only Son of God
And you are!
You are the one alone in greatness - Diminishes YHWH
The one who never changes
Jesus you are!
The one who rose in power – YHWH was the one who raised Him from
death.
The one who reigns forever - YHWH is the one that reigns, Christ is
sitting on His right-hand side.
Jesus the one true God! – Again - HERESY – this would make YHWH a
false God!
Jesus the one true God! Again 3rd time-HERESY – this would make
YHWH a false God!
We have seen the Glory of
The one and only Son of God
Yes, we have seen the Glory of
The one and only Son of God – We are all “sons” of God. Christ is the
only begottenson of God.
And we have seen the Glory of
The one and only Son of God – Again, We are all “sons” of God. Christ
is the only begotten son of God.
Yes, we have seen the Glory of
The one and only Son of God– Again, We are all “sons” of God. Christ
is the only begotten son of God.
You are the one alone in greatness - Diminishes YHWH
The one who never changes
Jesus
you are
You are the one alone in greatness - Diminishes YHWH
The one who never changes
Jesus
You are
The one who rose in power – YHWH was the one who raised Him from
death.
The one who reigns forever - YHWH is the one that reigns, Christ is
sitting on His right-hand side.
Jesus the one true God
You are the one true God – Again 4th time-HERESY – this would make
YHWH a false God!
You are the one true God – Again 5th time-HERESY – this would make
YHWH a false God!
To summarize, even though this song may sound good and has some truth, it contains many dangers within. Dangerous statements that we are repeating and repeating to ourselves every time we hear this song or every time, we remember this song.
Nothing really different than being indoctrinated by repeating the rosary.
This song diminishes YHWH 10 times, misguides 3 timesand profanes YHWH 5 times.
I understand that there are many songs that don’t distort or profane the name of YHWH, but the problem lies in how these songs can elevate Christ above YHWH by directing our hearts to Christ, rather than thanking YHWH for the gift of Christ.
How many songs do you know or have that focus on YHWH?
The core issue here is that many believers are unaware that they are neglecting obedience even around worship music. Here’s what YHWH says about worship:
1 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV)Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.
Psalms 105:2 (KJV) Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
Ephesians 5:19 (KJV) Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
Colossians 3:16 (KJV) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
James 5:13 (KJV) Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
Singing psalms not only helps us memorize Scripture but also elevates YHWH and His word in our hearts, soul, and mind. This aligns with the first commandment: Matthew 22:37 (KJV) Christ said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. Also, in Mark 12:30 and Deuteronomy 6:5.
I am not opposed to songs that tell the story of Christ but listening to them more than songs that elevate and glorify YHWH is spiritually unhealthy. Over time, this will cause a disconnect in how we understand the roles of Christ and YHWH in our hearts, souls, and minds.
What music are you currently listening to and enjoying?
What are you allowing to shape your heart, soul, and mind through so-called Christian worship music?
What secular music are you listening to, and how do you think the lyrics affect your heart, soul, and mind?
If you have children, how do you think the music they listen to might influence their spiritual growth?
Do you believe that the secular music you're allowing them to hear could potentially harm their heart, soul, and mind?
4. Theological Misunderstandings
· Most teachings, both intentionally and some unintentionally, depict Christ and the Father as having different goals or temperaments. For example, Christ as saving humanity from the Father’s wrath. This creates a false opposition and makes it seem like they are not united in love and purpose.
· The Trinity is a complex doctrine. The common teaching is the idea that the Trinity is one single identity or (person) that splits into two or three separate entities. This includes the mistaken believe that Chirtst is the exact same entity in the flesh as the Father.
Such interpretations are incorrect and will lead to an imbalance focus on one member of the trinity over the others.
· Instead of using the term “person” to describe the Trinity, it is more accurate to use the word “Spirit”. God the Father is Spirit. The Holy Spirit is also Spirit. Christ, although He came to earth and lived as a “person”, is the Son of God. Like the Father, He is Spirit and, after His resurrection continues to exist as Spirit with a glorified body. By understanding these distinctions, we avoid misconceptions about the nature of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. John 4:24 (KJV)God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
· Let’s define what a “person” is, and you decide if you still want to call the Father, Son and Holy Spirit “Persons”.
per·son - /ˈpərs(ə)n/ - noun
1. a human being regarded as an individual.
2. Similar to human being, individual, man/woman, human, Being, living soul, soul, mortal, creature, fellow, figure, personage, character, type, sort, beggar, cookie, customer, critter, buddy, fella, bloke, chap, bod, geezer, gent, guy, gal, dude, hombre, buddy, dog, cove, dame, wight.
I do not see the word Spirit in those similarities!
Issaiah 55:8 (KJV) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
For better understanding about the trinity, please see study 58.
5. Cultural Individualism!
· Individualistic cultures tend to focus on personal experiences and relationships, which often leads to emphasizing Christ as a personal savior while neglecting the shared covenant aspects of faith, which include God the Father and the Holy Spirit. On Whom God the Father is primary!
6. Lack of Teaching on the Trinity!
· Many churches do not spend enough time teaching about the Trinity and how the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together. Without this foundation, believers may not see the unity and love shared among all three of them.
How can correction be made?
Here are some of the things that believers and churches can do to address this disconnect:
Emphasize the unity of the Trinity:
Teach and reflect on how the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work in perfect harmony in creation, salvation, and in the sustaining of the world.
· Re-frame God the Father: Highlight His love, mercy, and involvement in the world, as seen in John 3:16 (KJV)For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
And Ephesians 1:3 (KJV) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
· Place the priority and balance where and on what it needs to be on: Ensure that sermons and studies give attention to the role of Christ, and the Holy Spirit, but place God the Father in His rightful place.
o God the Father is sitting on the Throne of Heaven. Issaiah 66:1 (KJV) Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
o Christ does the will of the Father. John 14:31 (KJV) But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
John 4:34 (KJV)Christ saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
o God the Father sent Christ for us! John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
o Christ is sitting on the right-hand side of the throne of the Father. Hebrews 12:2 (KJV) Looking unto Christ the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Mark 16:19 (KJV) So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
o Encourage Reflection: Encourage believers to meditate on passages that show God the Father and Christ the Son’s unity. John 10:30 (KJV) I and my Father are one.
John 17:21 (KJV)That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 17And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
Where does the relationship in or with Christ fall on the above verse?
The Holy Spirit's Role:The Holy Spirit is sometimes overlooked in salvation discussions. but it’s crucial to emphasize the Spirit's role in drawing believers to Christ, helping them experience the Father's love (Romans 8:15-16), and finally guiding them towards salvation!
See Study 29 – The Holy Ghost -
We started by saying that: The disconnect between the Son and the Father in modern Christianity branches from several cultural, theological, and interpretive factors. But the biggest misunderstanding of the connection between God's laws and their fulfillment in Christ is what has created that disconnect and changed the way how most believers view obedience!
To finish getting the full understanding of the disconnect, there are a couple of studies that complement this one.
And once you get there “hopefully in order” you should have the entire picture of God’s plan for us!
Study 35 – Good works, Study 36 – Love and obedience – the first commandment – and Study 38 – Truth or Deceit,
So, the question remains, who is leading your heart, soul and mind?
Is it Christ or is it God the Father?
Who leads Christ, heart, soul and spirit?
Did Christ come up with His own commandments or is He being obedient to His Father and passing down the commandments that God the Father told Him to teach us and follow?
Malachi 3:6 (KJV) For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Matthew 5:18 (KJV) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Hebrews 13:8 (KJV) Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
The following are some of the things Christ said concerning Him and God the Father.
John 5:30 (KJV) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
John 12:49-50 (KJV) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
John 14:31 (KJV) But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do.
John 14:9-13 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. 12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Some scriptures from the disciples.
1 John 5:2-3 (KJV) By this we know that we love the children of YHWH, when we love YHWH, and keep His commandments. For this is the love of YHWH, that we keep His commandments: and His commandments are not grievous.
John 9:31 (KJV) Now we know that YHWH heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of YHWH, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
Luke 11:28 (KJV) But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of YHWH, and keep it.
Did Christ not tell His disciples to do the same He had to do with God the Fathers’ commandments?
Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
What commandments did Christ tell His disciples to do and follow, His own invented new commandments or God the Father’s commandments?
The commandments of God the Father, correct, so, where was the disconnect?
Let’s finish talking about it!

Are you truly saved?
2 Tim 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
God commands us as His children/disciples to study and verify our doctrine. He also commands us to receive correction and give correction. So, if you believe my teachings are in error, the least that should happen is that you contact me and correct me.
2 Tim 3:16-17 (KJV) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
…………………………………….
Are you truly saved?
According to the Gospel of Christ, in order to receive salvation, we need the following: All this must come together, not weeks, months or years apart!
The moment you received your salvation did the following things happen?
Place a check mark on those that you are 100% sure that happened!
¨ Did you know that salvation/eternal life is only through Christ? John 3:15-16, Rom 6:23.
¨ Did you believe the Gospel? Mark 1:15
¨ Did you believe that Christ is the only begotten son of God? John 3:18, Acts 8:37.
¨ Did you believe in the Father and the Son? John 5:24, John 6:47.
¨ Did you believe God the Father raised Christ from the dead? Rom 10:9, 1 Thes 4:14.
¨ Did you know and understood that believing alone does not save you; just like baptism alone, or good works alone does not save you?
o Did you know that salvation is only nearer when you believe? Rom 13:11
o Did you know that when you believe, you are sealed only with the promise of salvation? Eph 1:13.
o Did you know that you are sealed with that promise until the day of your redemption/salvation? Eph 4:30.
o Did you know that God has more requirements/conditions we need to meet other than to believe in order to give you eternal life?
Requirements like confessing Christ as Lord and savior, confessing your sins, repenting, obedience, Etc.
¨ Did you know that getting baptized is a commandment! Matt 28:19, Acts 2:38
¨ Did you know that water baptism is also an ESSENTIAL part of salvation? 1 Pet 3:21, Mark 16:16, Col 2:12, John 3:5, Acts 2:38.
The following must go together: During your water baptism,
¨ Did you confess Christ as Lord and Savior? Rom 10:9-10, Phil 2:12.
¨ Did you repent of your sins? Mark 16:16, Luke 13:13, Acts 17:30.
¨ Did you confess you are a sinner during baptism? Matt 3:6, Mark 1:5.
¨ Did you call upon the Lord (audible)? Romans 10:9-13, Acts 2:21.
¨ Did you get baptized with water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost? Matt 28:19. Num 19:7-9, Matt 3:6, Acts 8:36-38, Acts 22:16, Col 2:12.
o Did the Pastor say the known name of the Father? Did the Pastor say the known name of the Son? Did the Pastor say the known name of the Holy Spirit?
¨ Did you get baptized purposedly FOR the remission of your sins? Acts 2:38
o If or when you got baptized did you get baptized only for the forgiveness of sins?
§ Remission and forgiveness are 2 different things and for 2 different reasons.
§ Or maybe the “Pastor” just said, I baptize you in the name of Christ, with no reason? (No mention of, for the forgiveness of your sins).
¨ Did you also “purposedly” get baptized for the indwelling of the Holy Ghost? Acts 19:2-6, Mat 3:16, Mark 1:10, John 1:32,
¨ Did the person doing the baptism pray for you and laid hands on you after baptism, in order to receive the indwelling of the Holy Ghost? Acts 19:2-6. Acts 8:17-19.
Very, very important,
Was the person doing the baptism, called, and ordained by God (like Paul, John, Peter, Matthew, etc.) or the least was he ordained by someone who was directly ordained by God (like Mattias, Stephen, Philip, Prochorus, etc.)!
Why is it so essential that the person performing a baptism be someone ordained by God—or by someone who was ordained by God?
John 20:21-23 (KJV) Then said Christ to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. Remember, remission of sins only happens once, so God ordains the person and gives them the authority to remit those past sins. And it is ONLY through that one-time baptism, that their sins will be remitted by God through the baptizer. John 20:23 (KJV) Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
Forgiveness of sins happens many times and no human has the authority to forgive sins.
« If the person who performed the baptism or is preaching, did not explain to you all of the above conditions, then he was NOT ordained by God! And he is a blind leader; in other words, he is a false preacher giving you a watered-down salvation plan. Matthew 15:13-14 (KJV) But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
To sum it up; Believing is the first thing we do toward salvation and baptism is the last thing that seals us with the promised salvation and “technically” turns our bodies into a temple that can be indwelled by the Holy Ghost!
Those who preach that salvation is a free gift of God and all we have to do is believe and know that we have attained salvation, misunderstand the scriptures.
Mark 16:16 (KJV) He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Everything in between believing and baptism are just more requirements for salvation! Or does anyone truly believe that repenting is not also another requirement and that if we don’t repent, they will still go into heaven?
Is calling upon the Lord as Lord and saviour and even being water baptized not another requirement?
Salvation is a gift from God. But even though salvation is a free gift from God, he has laid down certain conditions upon which he will give it.
There is nothing that we can do to merit salvation. Whether it be believing in Christ, doing the works of God, or being baptized, we can never "earn our salvation". The only way we can show our faith in Christ is if we are willing to accept and be obedient to what He says. But it is after those conditions are met, that God has chosen to impart his wonderful grace of salvation to us as a willing believer.
” He that hath an ear,
let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

INTRODUCTION
and main reason of this study!
…………….……..….
The Gospel of Christ
If you die today, will you be entering the Kingdom of Heaven?
Are you following the plan of salvation and faith which was once delivered unto the Saints?
In other words, are you following the Apostle’s doctrine, or are you following a common plan of salvation, which is a manmade doctrine?
Is your doctrine of salvation the right one?
Have you verified with the Holy scriptures the salvation plan your pastor is preaching?
How sure are you, that you have not been deceived and have accepted a counterfeit salvation plan? In other words, are you doing what God requires to receive salvation?
The true gospel is not being preached today, which is a huge reason why we have an enormous number of false expectations and very little obedience, which all leads to false salvations.
I am NOT asking you to believe what I am about to show you!
I am just asking for you to listen, read and then verify whether I bring biblical truth or not.
Just like the Bereans, that received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so! Acts 17:10-11
Jude 1:3 (KJV) Beloved, When I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the Saints.
Let us break this verse down.
Ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the Saints.
The definition of EARNESTLY is with sincere and intense conviction; seriously.
The definition of CONTEND is to strive.
So, this is what Jude is saying:
It was needful to write to you of the common salvation and appeal to you that ye should, (leave that common salvation plan and) with sincere and intense conviction, strive for the faith which was once delivered unto the Saints.
That Common salvation is NOT of the true faith!
1. Are we truly saved by believing ALONE or by faith ALONE?
2. Does God require more of us than just believing or faith?
3. Do we need remission of sins for salvation and if we do, how do we attain it?
4. Is water baptism necessary for salvation or is it only an outward expression of our faith?
5. Do we need any type of good works to be saved?
6. What is the apostle’s doctrine and why do most churches have and teach a different doctrine?
7. Are we saved after reciting the sinner’s prayer?
Most people are trusting and following what their pastors and loved ones are telling them about Christ and salvation not discerning and confirming what is truth or error. Because of this lack of Godly knowledge, they are disobedient to God and sadly ending up in hell!
Hosea 4:6 (KJV) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Luke 6:46 (KJV) And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
And without true Godly knowledge, no one can produce the quality and amount of fruit that they are called to bear!
John 15:4 (KJV) Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
As disciples of Christ, we need to question everything whether it is Godly or not. Especially those things concerning Christ and salvation. We are to be like the Bereans that heard the word of Christ, received it gladly then went home and verified with scriptures that it was so Acts 17:11.
The Bible tells us that the Holy scriptures can make us wise unto salvation.
2 Tim 3:15 (KJV) And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ.
So, we are to do the same as the Bereans. We are to listen and then verify everything our pastors, teachers, family members and ancestors have told us about Christ and salvation and make sure it is according to the word of God.
The word of God also warns us and tells us that if we do not keep in memory what the disciples taught us, then we believe in vain. 2 Tim 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth., 1 Cor 15:1-2 (KJV) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
Rules:
1. Read everything.
2. Take notes.
3. Verify everything.
4. If you find contradictions, let us know.
5. Ask all your questions.
6. Do your homework.
7. Answer all the questions.
8. Do NOT go to the next Study unless you have read, answered, verified, and agreed 100% with everything in that study.
9. When in doubt, go back and start in rule #1
Do you understand these rules? Yes, or No?
Will you follow these rules? Yes, or No?

THE STORY
This is the eye opener.
An interactive story with a twist.
Please just hang on in there and stay in order!
…………….……..….
Study 15.
Let me start with a short story. I am pretty sure many of you can relate to some of this story.
One day John Doe (a 21-year-old male) was approached by Pastor X (a youth Pastor) and the pastor spoke beauties about Jesus and how Jesus loves John Doe and how we are sinners and how Jesus has many blessings for John Doe. They were both talking for a while and got to a point where John Doe opened up, told his story, and asked Pastor X some specific questions:
JD- 2 years ago, I was invited and went several times to a small Christian church. It was weird and kind of boring, nothing compared to the big churches. Even though they were very loving, friendly, sang some psalms and had food, it was more like a family meeting with lots of reading and talking.
They said I could be baptized and saved the same day, but the thing that got me the most were all those requirements for salvation!
They had a long list: You have to believe in Jesus, and His death on the cross, you have to confess Christ as Savior out loud, you have to confess you are a sinner, you have to repent, you have to be baptized with water for the remission of sins and also for the indwelling of the Holy Ghost. They have to lay hands and to pray for the Holy Ghost in order to indwell within you, and they even mentioned doing good works to maintain your salvation.
They had so many rules, that just did not feel right!
They have to keep the sabbath day, supposedly on the 7th day and not Sunday. They did not even eat any pork or crab legs, something about unclean foods and us being part of God’s family, or the children of Israel.
I just felt in my heart that it was a bit too much!
Supposedly, most baptisms performed by other churches are invalid because the one preforming the baptism must be ordained by God Himself or at least ordained by someone who was ordained by God. They said God gives the person who is doing the baptism the authority so that through Christ, they can remit sins. Even though, they showed me all those things in the bible and offered all the help I needed to understand, I just figured they were just manipulating the bible to what they wanted to teach.
I just felt that was not what God wanted so that’s when I walked out! It felt more like a trap than a church. When they mentioned about the Pastor forgiving sins, it sounded like a Catholic priest, but they said, they have no affiliation with the catholic church and even said that the Catholic teachings go against God. What do you think about all that?
Pastor X- Oh yes, I know those type of Christians. They are not Catholics and even though they may mean well, they are lost, and they err in their teachings and doctrine. Usually, those Christians read only the King James bible and say that the other bibles are not inspired by God. They are legalistic and try to live by the law. But we know that Jesus fulfilled the law, so we no longer live by the law, but by grace and faith alone. We definitely do not have to do any types of works to be saved. Ephesians 2:8-9 declares, “By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”. Just stay far away from those type of people!
JD- I think you are right, they even offered me a King James bible, and a concordance, and other materials for free! They even said they follow the apostle’s doctrine, and I have never heard that! Even until today, I have never heard of any church following or mentioning the apostle’s doctrine!
Looks like they were trying to indoctrinate me on something that does not exist. I guess I am very lucky I followed my instincts and left them.
Because of them, I have been questioning my salvation for the last 2 years!
I have gone to churches that supposedly speak in tongues and are always grabbing you and touching you. Just kidding, they lay hands and take out demons from believers on a weekly basis. It was like watching the exorcist, but in person. Some other churches are just a bunch of old people, it is more like going to a funeral. They are so serious about everything and the church smells funny.
I have also gone to big mega concert churches, but I felt that was a bit too much, and the main issue there, was that you could not speak to the pastor because he was too busy. You have to make an appointment to speak to some other church leader and they dismiss you quickly. It felt like a fast-food restaurant. Hurry up, order what you need, pay for it, grab what you can and leave.
One church I went to was so crazy, all it was missing were the drugs and alcohol. So, in a serious note Pastor, I just cannot find peace of mind about my salvation, or a place to belong.
Please tell me, what do I need to do right now to be saved?
Meaning, that if I cross the street and die, I will go straight to heaven. What are the requirements?
Pastor X- God tells us in John 3:16 (NIV) that for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
God even repeats and tells us in Romans 10:9 (NIV) If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Paul clearly expressed the fact that eternal salvation is the “gift of God” (Rom. 6:23). He even specified that it is a “free” gift (Rom. 5:15-18). In other words, there are no requirements. There is pretty much nothing whatsoever that you need to do. All you must do is, believe with your heart in Jesus Christ.
Believe that he is the Son of God, that He died for all of us and that He resurrected 3 days later, and that He is sitting on the right-hand side of the Father interceding for us!
JD- That is all? I have heard that before, but it seems too simple!
Pastor X- It is plain and simple, but false teachers complicate things!
You see, God loves us all, and He wants us all to be saved! He says in 1 Timothy 2:4 He wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. So, he makes it plain and simple for us. Do you now believe?
JD- I have always believed, but how come I feel that I am not forgiven? Like if I am still missing something.
Pastor X- The bible says in Acts 10:43 (NIV) All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name. You see now, that if anyone truly believes, they will automatically receive forgiveness for their sins! So, if you truly believe with your heart, then that means Satan is messing with you and making you doubt the word of the Lord! Just like he did with Eve in the garden of Eden.
JD- Oh, wow, that makes a lot of sense to me. Yes, yes, I believe with my heart and want to be a child of God. I have been praying and asking God to show me the way for 3 years, and now you are here answering my prayers.
Pastor X- Praise the Lord! You are now a child of God and have been saved. All your sins have been forgiven. Pray the sinner’s prayer with me.
JD- Wait, so just to make sure, now that I know that God has no requirements for salvation, and believing is all that God needs of us to give us His salvation, and I believe in my heart; And I will also pray the sinner’s prayer with you, that means that if I die right then, I will be going to heaven?
Pastor X- Yes, you will!
JD- Does it also mean that I have received remission of my sins? Once a person is saved are they always saved? So, I will never lose my salvation, right?
Pastor X- When people come to know Christ as their Savior, they are brought into a relationship with God that guarantees their salvation as eternally secure. So, yes you have received forgiveness for all your past, present and future sins!
JD- What about baptism? I was already baptized as a baby! I have heard that baptism is necessary for salvation!
Pastor X- Where did you hear that? Those preaching baptism as necessary for salvation misunderstand the scriptures. God tells us in 1 Peter 3:21 this water symbolizes baptism, not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In other words, Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. It is a public declaration of how Jesus changed your life. Being baptized shows others that you have decided to follow Jesus and allows them to celebrate this decision with you.
Even though we are commanded to be baptized, baptism is not needed for salvation, so you can do it at any time!
JD- Oh, I am understanding now. So now that I believe even more, I am completely saved!
Pastor X- To be clear, salvation is more than saying a prayer or “making a decision” for Christ; salvation is a sovereign act of God whereby an unregenerate sinner is washed, renewed, and born again by the Holy Spirit and not by baptism (John 3:3; Titus 3:5). When salvation occurs, God gives the forgiven sinner a new heart and puts a new spirit within him (Ezekiel 36:26). The Spirit will cause the saved person to walk in obedience to God’s word (Ezekiel 36:26–27; James 2:26). Numerous passages of Scripture declare the fact that, as an act of God, salvation is secure: and I can give you all those passages later if you like!
Can we pray now?
JD- Definitely, let’s do this!
Pastor X and JD- They prayed, the sinner’s prayer.
Pastor X- Oh yes, and since you were baptized as a baby, it does not count. You will have to be baptized again. Your baptism was performed by a Catholic priest and their belief system is wrong! They even pray to saints and worship idols. Plus, you need to be dunked under water and not sprinkled. We have group baptisms every six months, but we have one coming up in only 3 months. We will sign you up and baptize you on that day! It will be awesome, lots of families there getting baptized at the same time. You can even ask your dad to baptize you! Our church also has a heated pool, and you and your family can stay for the pool party afterwards.
JD- OK, that is awesome. I would really like my family to be there with me! And I would love for my dad to baptize me also. I will definitely be in church this week.
Later that month after church service!
JD- I have been having a hard time sleeping these couple of days. It is like something is messing with me and bringing so many questions.
So, I did some google research and tried to verify with my NIV and NLT bibles and now I have even more questions and doubts than before!
Pastor X- It happens. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. So, what questions do you have?
JD- If Baptism is commanded, why are we waiting 2 more months to get baptized? Wouldn’t that mean that I will be in disobedience to God for those 2 months?
Pastor X- Even though God commands baptism, He understands that it may take some time to make arrangements! Did the thief on the cross get off that cross to get baptized? No, he did not, and he received salvation! So, it is ok to wait, as long as you do it eventually.
JD- I do not really get it, but I guess I will understand it later. Regarding repentance, you said that God had no requirements, and thinking about it, Believing is a requirement, because if we do not believe, we will not be saved. And now you tell me that I need to repent after I am saved? Would it not be repenting before receiving salvation?
Pastor X- As for repentance, yes, of course you have to repent! But that comes after salvation! We are saved the moment we believe, just like the gospel shows us in Acts 4:4, and directly tells us with John 3:15. You have salvation, trust me! Plus, God says in Romans 3:25 that He has already forgiven your past and future sins and that is the true meaning of Christ’s death on the cross. Now all you have to do is walk by faith and trust in God. Know that He loves you and will guide you to become a better brother in Christ!
JD- Hmm, ok. So, 1- when and how do we receive the Holy Ghost?
2- Why does the bible say, baptism also saves us in 1 Peter 3:21 and that if we do not believe and are baptized, we will not be saved in Mark 16:16?
3- Why does Acts 2:38 say that baptism is done to receive remission for our sins?
4- Why does the NIV and NLT do not have the word remission and instead change it to forgiveness? When in forgiveness you still remember and in remission you do not?
5- Why did Paul baptize some disciples again to receive the Holy Ghost in Acts 19?
6- Why does it say in Titus 1:16, that if we do not do good works we deny professing God, are abominable in the eyes of God, are disobedient to God and reprobates or not pure unto every good work?
7- Was Apostle Peter saved curing the first two years that he walked with Christ? Because in Luke 22:31-32 Jesus says that Peter was not converted and denied Jesus 3 times by the time of the resurrection & then in Matthew 18:3 Jesus tells us that if we are not converted, we will not enter into the kingdom of heaven?
Pastor X- Wait, wait, wait. Hold your horses. One question at a time. Mark 16:16 (NIV) Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. only faith, and not baptism, is essential to salvation, just as the omission of baptism from the last clause shows! If baptism was essential to salvation, then the verse would have said “but whoever does not believe and is not baptized will be condemned”.
1 Peter 3:21 (NIV) “Baptism also now save us” Even though that is what the bible says, it does not mean that baptism saves us or that water baptism is essential to salvation, since it cannot wash away the filth of the flesh. Baptism ONLY shows the answer of a good conscious toward God. In other words, baptism is a conscious testimony to one’s faith to the resurrection of Jesus Christ because it symbolizes our resurrection with Him.
The incident of Acts 19 is unique. There you have 12 men that are believers and are rebaptized. This happened because they were baptized by John the Baptist, and they knew nothing about the church age or the coming of the Holy Spirit. And because of this, Paul deemed it necessary to rebaptize them. The evidence that they had already been saved is substantial. First Luke refers to them as disciples. Second, Paul speaks of them as those who have believed. Again, God’s Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Faith Alone!
I can continue all day answering your doubts about Gods word, but in reality, we are never going to have all the answers. Only when we get to heaven will we have true knowledge. Meanwhile God requires of us to walk in faith and trust in Him. As you continue coming to church and being part of the church, God will reveal some of the answers to you, Whatever He believes is important for you, He will reveal to you. So, all those questions you have, they are great questions, but they are not needed for you to be saved. You are already saved. So, I would not worry about them. Worry more about those that are not saved and need you!
Meanwhile, we must have patience and help others come to Christ! We cannot stop believing just because we have questions. It is all about walking in faith! Trust me, I have been a Pastor for 20 years and I still have some questions, but it has not stopped me from loving God and staying with my church family and helping them grow in Christ. You are a newborn in Christ, so the bible will not make a lot of sense.
Like I said, after 20 years, I have learned a lot, but there are still a few things I do not understand. I can try and explain all the questions that you have, but only God can really give you the understanding to them.
As for now, just take everything that I have proven to you with scriptures and that you know in your heart that you are saved and continue your journey with Jesus. Meanwhile, I have something that will help you grow because I can see you have the spirit of an evangelist. I am going to introduce you to our gifted team of evangelists. They will love for you to be a part of their team.
Remember, God says do not worry about tomorrow, because it will take care of itself! God loves you, and we love you. Don’t be so hard on yourself and let’s enjoy this gathering with your brothers and sisters in Christ!
Finishing the story. John Doe trusted his Pastor and became a loved member of the church and was looking forward for his dad to baptize him during the group baptism. Bad news is that 3 days before his baptism, John Doe was struck by a drunk driver and was at the hospital for 10 days missing the group baptism.
The story picks up again After John Doe got out from the hospital.
JD- Hey Pastor, can we reschedule my baptism. I really want my dad to baptize me, and I do not really feel comfortable waiting six months for the next group baptism.
Pastor X- Yes, sure. My schedule is pretty full, so I will get my assistant to schedule the time for you. We will see what we can do.
JD- Hopefully, sometime soon, before you go on to your vacation. I feel that there is something wrong with me. I am even having dreams of a sudden death.
Pastor X- You know. God loves you and He has you covered. He has saved you and healed you from that terrible accident. So, you do not have to worry about that. If God did not have his angels protecting you, we would have lost you in that accident. But God has plans for you to finish here on earth before He calls you to heaven. So, there is nothing to worry about.
JD- This morning as I was at the store picking up my medication, the main Pastor from the King James church approached me, asked me how I was doing and invited me again to his church. I was amazed he still remembered me from 2 years ago. He said that God has been trying to keep His promise of salvation toward me as a believer and I was rejecting it. Something about not studying, verifying, and rejecting God’s truth. He then advised me to read a couple of scriptures and handed me a post-it with them already written in it. Like he had been prepared and waiting to give me that post. He then looked up toward the sky and told me that time was short. He then looked down in a sad way and walked away. I think his eyes were teary also. Now I am worried and scared.
Pastor X- wow, that is interestingly freaky. I hope he did not brain wash you with those scare tactics. He sounds like those people that go around giving flyers and shouting to repent and be baptized because the end of the world is near.
JD- No, I have not had any time to research those verses. I still have the post-it in my pocket. (Gal 3:22, 1 John 2:25, Eph 1:13-14, 2 Tim 2:15, 2 Tim 3:16).
But the thing is that after the accident, I kind of have been hearing voices. More like thoughts put in my head. I pray to God and tell Him to help me get rid of them but feel that God is not listening to me. Memories of that King James bible church keep popping up. Thoughts of leaving this church and going back to them for answers and baptism, but I do not understand why!
Pastor X- I am sorry, I should have warned you about that. You are making such great progress here and helping make a big difference in God’s ministry, that Satan is trying to get rid of you. It is Spiritual warfare. You have become one of his biggest enemies. Welcome to the family, (the pastor smiles and places his hand on JD’s shoulder). As you keep walking in faith and submit to God more, your faith will be strengthened, and Satan will have no other choice than to leave you alone! God tells us in James 4:7 Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Those thoughts you are having placed in your mind, even prove that they are from Satan, because God already showed you that church is legalistic, and believe they are saved by doing works of the law and becoming righteous. just like the pharisees were, and we know that the entire Matthew chapter 23 is talking about how the religious leaders are hypocrites and liars. You should read Matthew 23.
Satan wants you to go back to something that is not of God, and that guy showing up after you have been making so much progress here proves it. Plus, who knows what else they are hiding. Once you are indoctrinated to them, it is too late. They sound more like a cult than a lost church! I would be scared too, if I was not where I am with Christ at this moment.
JD- Wow, I did not think about it that way, thank you. I guess that without you and your guidance, I would have just given up. I thank God, He placed you in my path.
Pastor X- Let’s pray. Repeat after me “God, I confess that I am too concerned with the physical world and neglect the spiritual. Open the eyes of my heart that I may become more aware of the spiritual battle taking place around me. Remind me that there is a real enemy seeking to destroy me––Help me not to invoke unhealthy fear in my heart, but rather alertness that leads to obedience.
Use the Holy Spirit to awaken me so that I may become more attentive, watchful, and sober minded. Grant me wisdom to better discern the way the enemy is attacking me so that I may become more intentional in choosing to walk in faith. Amen”.
Later that day, John Doe’s baptism was scheduled for 21 days later. Meanwhile John Doe chose to submit more to God, by giving all his time and money to help the church and the ministry. All this in hopes of helping others and keeping his mind busy enough to ignore “the attacks from Satan”.
Sad part is that on day 14, just 7 days before his baptism, John Doe had a brain hemorrhage while heading to church and died on the spot.
At John Doe’s funeral the Pastor gave a great sermon.
Pastor X- John Doe was a great kid and a child of God. He loved God and gave his life to God. He will be greatly missed. And even though this is a very sad moment for us, it is a great moment for JD, because he no longer has the worries, pains and suffering of this world. But best of all, is that he is now with God, and we know that nothing can be greater than being in heaven.
Even in our saddest moment, our heavenly Father can teach us some lessons.
For over 2 years Satan was attacking JD, trying to make him believe he was not forgiven and not saved. Making him believe that he needed baptism for salvation, and for a great moment, JD’s faith was failing, and questioned his faith on a daily basis!
When I say question, I really mean he had a lot of questions and doubts, but he overcame the devil by committing to our church and submitting to God by walking in complete faith.
With JD moving on to heaven 7 days before his baptism; God is showing us that baptism is NOT necessary for salvation! 1 Peter 3:21 says that baptism is NOT by the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God. We know for a biblical fact, that it is only an outward expression of our faith. That we are saved the moment we believe in our hearts and accept Jesus as our Lord and savior.
God loves His children and will always take care of His children. God is so amazing, that, if this was not true, then God would have called upon His child JD sometime after his baptism and not 7 days before.
So let us all submit to God and walk in pure faith, just like JD.
Let us all help others come to the truth of God by being committed to bringing truth and salvation to others.
Satan’s lies are everywhere. He whispers or shouts them every day to you and others. Your potential is through Jesus, and it is boundless. No matter how wonderful you envision your life and future to be, it’s even more wonderful as a child of God than what you imagine. That is why the lying, scheming evil one is jealous of you.
Satan doesn’t have the bright future that you do. Because he is bound by limitations and you are not. He is miserable and wants you to be miserable alongside him.
Satan isn’t interested in telling lies about little things, although he does that, too. He wants you to believe the biggest lies of all – lies about God and lies about your salvation!
Satan lies to try to twist your mind about who God is and his character. If he succeeds, then he has won. Satan will do all he can to thwart you along your way to eternal life. He will try everything from telling you every lie imaginable to tripping you up when he can.
So, if Satan comes around, trying to question any of you about your salvation or even baptism, just send him back to where he came from!
For God says in 2 Timothy 2:24 (NIV) Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.
The end.
1 John 4:1 (KJV) Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Your first assignment is to memorize the above verse, place it in your heart and abide by it every time someone gives you spiritual advice, teaches you or corrects you!
And it includes applying it to whatever you are learning here!
Do you think JD is in heaven? YES, or NO?
Did you verify the scriptures Pastor X used?
Did you read the scriptures on the note that JD received?
What do you think is biblical and what is not?
If yes, why? If not, then why not?
Can you answer any of John Doe’s last questions?

MAP YOUR WAY TO SALVATION
…………………………
1. This page goes with part #2, (just for comparison), You will need a pen and a highlighter. Maybe a ruler.
a. In these next couple of pages, you will be reading verses and drawing lines connecting from one circle to the other.
b. For example: Acts 10:43 To Him give all the prophets witness, that through His name whosoever believed in Him shall receive remission of sins. Believing to remission of sins.
Believe

Remember this truth. God has only one way, one truth, and one plan of salvation. Satan has corrupted and counterfeited nearly everything that belongs to God. He has built false paths that look right but lead to destruction. He offers a fake Christ (יהושוע), a fake Holy Spirit (Ruach Hakodesh), and a fake gospel that many follow without realizing it. If you are not walking in the exact way that God has commanded for salvation, you will not enter His kingdom.

1. What does believing “alone” do for us?
a. Believing “alone” does not save anyone! Believing only gets us nearer to Salvation! Rom 13:11,

b. After believing we are sealed with YHWH’s promise of salvation, Eph 1:13-14, Gal 3:22, 1 John 2:25, and we are sealed until the day of our salvation, Ephesians 4:30 as long as and if we do what He says!
Because of point #2. – When the moment of salvation is and the way we attain it!

Everything else falls on what you do during & between believing and baptism!
Please check those that you agree with.
o You must repent of your sins! Mark 16:16, Luke 13:13, Acts 17:30.
o Or can you biblically say that if you do not repent, you will still make it into the kingdom of heaven or was repenting just a suggestion?
o You must confess you are a sinner during baptism! Matt 3:6, Mark 1:5.
o Or can you biblically say that if you do not confess you are a sinner, you will still make it into the kingdom of heaven or was confessing another suggestion?

o You must get baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost! Matt 28:19.
o Or can you biblically prove that if you get baptized using someone else’s name, maybe being baptized in the name of Paul, you will still make it into the kingdom of heaven?
o You must get baptized purposedly FOR the remission of your sins! Acts 2:38
o Or can you biblically prove that there is another way that you receive the “REMISSION” of your past sins? Or that you will still make it into the kingdom of heaven without having your sins remitted?
o You must also “purposedly” get baptized for the indwelling of the Holy Ghost! Acts 19:2-6, Mat 3:16, Mark 1:10, John 1:32,
o Or can you biblically prove that the indwelling of the Holy Ghost is automatic?
